I can't believe what a terrible state Mississippi is- they are always at the bottom of almost every single ranking and now they are going to fall off the bottom. Their only abortion clinic might have to close because of a new law that makes their out of state doctors ineligible to work there. This is crazy. How do they intend to feed all the new babies that people will be forced to have against their will??? They're already one of the poorest states, this will just make them poorer and increase problems.

They don't have privilege at the local hospital????? How do they take someone who is anemic and is bleeding or a patient with complications to the hospital? They call 9-11?

Noone is forced to have sex, conceive and have a baby at all. That statement has no legs.

Hmm, no child sexual abuse of girls in Mississippi by men?

    No rape?

    No medical complications in pregnancy?

Quite a state. I guess they suspended human nature there. That's why they need so little money to live on, I guess, and their politicians have no state problems to worry about so they spend their time involved in the sex lives of the citizens.

A true Right Wing Earthly Paradise!

You're forced to have a baby if you get pregnant and abortion is outlawed.

Knowing that almost all people will have sex some time in their lives makes this deliberate forced childbirth, which is obviously tyranny.

So you want to see as many of these terrible people killed as possible. You hate poor people? Black people? All people?

Actually the new law will protect women's health. It looks like you are indifferent to women's health needs.

New Mississippi Law Will Protect Women from Shoddy Abortion Practices

Why do you want to strip vulnerable unborn babies of their fundamental right to life?

Do you hate colored folk? You know they have more than TWICE the average of the US? Do you hate them because they're stupid and ignorant?

Go to another state. All of these situations are small in percentages, and are only used as cover for your ilks abortion on demand for convenience mindset.

The fact we are talking about the ONE SINGLE clinic of such fashion that the state has AT ALL, bears this out.

It's called the consequences of your actions, Im not surprised it wouldnt be recognized by you. They are free to cross the border and get an abortion elsewhere, if they truly must. They are not "forced" to have a baby at all.

How do we know that picture is from Mississippi?

I hope you don't expect us to take your word for it.

Anyway I share your concern that liberal women in the state may not be able to kill their unborn babies and will infest the state with unwanted liberals.

That's fine. Close the clinic. The lifers will be happy, I am sure. But every woman who has to give birth because she couldn't get an abortion should be able to hand over the baby to a lifer to raise and care for. After all, if lifers love babies so much, they should be happy to provide for one, right?

If a person who does not want to risk pregnacy should not have sex. If a person is willing to risk pregnacy has sex. A person who is selfish enough to be willing to risk pregnacy and has sex and then snivels that they are pregnant is just plain stupid. Sounds like an Obama voter to me.

I'm sad to say that CarlB did not start the thread with an honest statement. I read the article and it isn't about out-of-state doctors which was an idiotic idea to begin with since all doctors must be licenses in the state in which they're practicing. No, the problem is the doctors have to be OB/GYN certified and have permission to practice in a specific hospital. Oh, no. Does this mean that dermintologists will no longer be able to do abortiosn for convenience? That's what it means. My god, next they will be trying to stop chiropractors and psychologists from doing abortions.

And, besides, your emotional rhetoric is silly. How will they feed all the additional babies? Obama Bucks, of course. And it isn't a law requiring that proctologists cannot perform abortions that will cause the state to get poorer, if it does, but rather the federal government. They want all of us to get poorer. They won't get poorer, though. Just us. They understand us vs. them.

No, CarlB, I'm afraid you were dishonest again. Good=bye.

In that case assuming she wasn't drunk and having sex with a total stranger whom she can't identify she should make him pay for the child.

Are you taking the position, Makedde, that the clinic should not find qualified OB/GYN doctors to perform the "medical procedures"? That's what the law requires and says nothing about "closing the clinic". If the mission of killing so sacred that subjecting women to abortions by quacks is acceptable?

Mississippi should be free to do what they want. I just wish we could find a way to cut off all Federal aid to the state. They are a drag on resources...

    Link.

That place must be a welfare wonderland. I bet those people down there are the same Red State lunatics that are always screaming about how high their taxes are... Well what did you expect?

There are a lot of low class whites abusing the system just like the blacks do.

Which is why it is so stupid when the the Congressional Black Caucus calls the abolishment of welfare a racial attack on blacks.

Republicans are the only party that stands for true reform of the welfare system.

What? The "welfare reform" they want to do is add thousands upon thousands of new enrollees to the welfare rolls in Mississippi. How is that "reform?"
