New Video Emerges of Phil Robertson on Anti-Gay Rant

Any chance of reconciliation with A&E just went out the window.

Well there is certainly no getting out of that one. You certainly can't claim that isn't offensive.

 

I don't know if they will stay at A and E (I could see them waiting for this all to blow over) but if they don't, I doubt they will have a hard time finding a new place for the show. Controversy sells.

IMO, the whole GQ thing was staged by A&E. There is no way in hell they didn't already know Phil's opinion on gays. If the show continues on their channel, I'll know I'm right... and we've all been duped.

You do not need to be superbly intelligent to recognize gays living together for what it is - a lifestyle of convenience. It serves no purpose in the grand scheme of things, or in a society.

I didn't realize that a couples union had to serve some greater purpose other then a desire to just be with the one you love and have it recognized alongside straight marriages.

Besides being religious, marriage is a societal institution and always has been. If society now recognize union of gays as marriage, in my opinion society is devolving, not evolving.
