To my knowledge, no one has said that Trayvon did not have the same rights. If so, please link.

Perhaps you at least acknowledge that such rights exist. After that, its just a matter of applying the evidence to fit the statute. Plenty of evidence has been provided. As has speculation.

Can you take the time to link to evidence that Zimmerman crossed a statutory threshold that made him the aggressor in a self-defense incident ?

I understand that it is possible, but I am asking for some reasonable evidence.

Trayvon proved he wasn't defending himself because he returned to where the struggle started.

According to Dee Dee's statements and what Zimmerman told the dispatcher we know he ran off in the direction of the apartment, that he was heading to the apartment and ended up right by the apartment having lost Zimmerman.

HARD EVIDENCE which is non-existent in your attempts to frame Zimmerman.

After the judge instructs you that you must believe he is guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE. Ya... a 17 year old with his 12 year old pic! Trayvon's 12 year old pic is still being used. His 17 year old pic with his gold grill just doesn't fit the script.

And after a MONTH? A MONTH? It's obvious WHY the 12 year old pic was used... they had to wag that young dog for all it's worth!

So are you still denying that the crime reports state he had a broken nose?
Are you still claiming the police told Zimmerman to stand down?
Are you still denying Martin ran back to right by the apartment?
Are you still denying contact had been broken, the first encounter ended and that it was Martin who confronted Zimmerman starting the second contact?

 

The vile attacks on fellow posters here by those who can no longer defend their positions is what is disgusting and I hope the mods finally step in and put a stop to it.

I can only surmise that you are so embarassed at losing your arguments and the evidence going against you that you hope everyone will just put you on ignore so you can then post more such vile personal attacks with impunity.

Faulty logic on your part. The crime scene shows this to be the case.

 

The bottom line is that anyone defending Trayvon, does not have the facts to substaniate their "feelings". I dont know, there has to come a time logic has to set in and you have to see this whole case is just so stupid. Its not even about Trayvon, no one truly cares about him, it goes a lot deeper than what its supposed to be about.

 

Really, how does the crime scene show that Trayvon went home and came back and jumped Zimmerman. Please explain how Trayvon ran all the way home and then was able to cut Zimmerman off from his truck. Please tell me how the crime scene explains that. How long did Trayvon stay at home, before he decided to come back out and attack Zimmerman.

Because, (no link) Trayvon stashed his weed and blunts on the porch and his Dad, see pic below, was worried because no son of his would leave that weed on the porch, thats why he really called the cops, coupled with he had heard someone died in the neighborhood the night before when he was gone getting his swerve on with his sometimes girlfriend (now fiancee) all night and wasn't watching his child.

I didn't say TM went home but he went far enough toward his home he had to return to even be present where the struggle started.
