    We're talking NFL caliber players and coaches. You are making the case that more White and Asians and Hispanics need to be recruited as players to be more representative of our society looks like.

    Why do you think the best possible coaches would equal some racial parody with the players, they are two separate functions and skill sets.

    And since Blacks are only 12% of the population aren't Whites and Asians and Hispanics not be treated fairly or something?

    Blacks have played at all levels on and off the field for decades stop with the historical stuff. Why should blacks be over represented in ANYTHING, if you overrepresent one then you have to underrepresent another, why would you support that?


    Why should that not apply on the sidelines?

    Again why do you believe there should be some correlation between the race on the field and the race on the sideline. Perhaps the PLAYERS should be more representative of the sidelines and not vice versa since that is where the money is. Do you think we need more white and hispanic and asian players?
