Donors who supported Nikki Haley in her Republican primary campaign are set to switch their allegiance to Joe Biden, as he prepares to face Donald Trump in the presidential election later this year.

Trump was confirmed as the GOP nominee for November's presidential election last week after securing enough delegates across multiple primaries. He looks set to face-off against incumbent Biden in a rematch of the 2020 election.

During the primaries, Trump told Haley's donors he didn't want their money.

So everyone's happy.

The donation ratio between Biden and Trump is 2:1.

Not to mention that Trump's legal fees, which MAGA enthusiastically pay, amount to $4 million a month.... minimum.

Already, Trump has greatly reduced his travel for rallies, always preferring the places where it costs the least.

That is an illogical approach. In other words they want to send money to whom they think will win rather that who they wish to win. Or they just hate trump. If so then there is no need to waste their money. Of course I think giving money to politicians is a waste of money at a basic level.

I don't seem to remember a presidential election in 2022.

 

Haley’s former donors are part of the Establishment. They would have won with Haley or Biden elected.

 

Biden’s promise of paying college debt at the last minute bought him votes. And the Russian Collusion hoax cost Trump his second term. I believe this time around both those proven lies will cost Democrats in a big way.
