I think it's clear that these people don't care about lives. It is a political agenda and nothing more.

well I guess I'm not the lefty target audience you were looking for, but I was wondering if you could list the 19 guns and the different things you use them for... that just peaked my curiosity if you could actually give me 19 reasons for 19 guns, and how many of those shotguns likely duplicate something the others could do just fine... so I guess I just wanted to accept that pseudo-challenge you put out there heh... I've never needed more than one, I could think of a couple reasons to justify a few, but not 19...

If you don't know the reasons for having multiple shotguns it's not worth my time listing

    Sorry

I said I could think of a couple reasons to have a couple shotguns for hyper-specific use, but I couldn't come close to thinking of 19 different uses... and now you're telling me "if you don't know I'm not going to tell you"... is that because you don't want others to learn and enjoy your particular hobbies, or because you made up your claims and you now can't support them? look I'm not here to call you a liar, I was just very curious what 19 things could you do that could't be done with say 4 different shotguns...

but I guess you don't like anyone being curious and asking, you for some reason find it offensive... I was just hoping you could give me some information as I'm curious...

Lives hold no intrinsic value except to those who can exploit them for their own gain and personal benefit. Lives are little more than commodities in a store, no different from a pack of batteries.

Because it ain't called the bill of needs. Plus a mixture of different needs filled by different guns and the simple fact that he may like a particular gun.

It doesn't matter, does it? Why do you care why another person has a certain number of guns? Some people just like guns. I'd really like to know just who you people think you are?

wow a little defensive Chris hey? are you worried about someone simply curious what 19 different things he does that require 19 different shotguns?

I mean I own 2 shotguns, I only need one, but my daughter likes to go shooting with me and hates using my "old clunky junker"... but like I said to the guy who made the claims he needs 19 guns for 19 reasons, I was simply curious what his hobbies were because it does sound fascinating to have guns that specialized... I mean I can go hunting and sport shooting with my one clunker, so I can't imagine what he does 19 different ways that require so much specialty, is it wrong for me being curious?

is it really THAT wrong being curious and asking someone about something they said on this website? if he doesn't want anyone to know what 19 highly specialized shooting sports he needs guns for, why mention that he needs 19 different shotguns.. I mean at this point I'm beginning to think he just made up a number and now he has no graceful way to exit out and save face... I mean can you even list 10 things that would require 10 different shotguns? little alone 19 different things that require 19 different guns?

Sorry, maybe I'm a little defensive about the subject of one of our natural rights. Anyhow, I don't see how it matters how many guns a person chooses to have. Some people DO collect them.

Who could like babies, they cannot support themselves. You have to feed them. They always complain. They wake you up in the middle of the night. You have to change their diapers, why can't they just use toilets like everyone else? They are selfish and have no respect for others. They will not get jobs. They cannot even be trusted to handle a gun.

I'll go one better.I'm not sure where you get the number 19 though. Match shotguns ( trap, field, skeet) are specialty guns. You can use them for hunting but as a rule are fitted and expensive. You just don't take one into salt marsh on a duck boat, unless you have money to burn. Top end waterfowl shotguns will shoot chamber 3.5 inch shells as well as 3 inch shells and do so effectively. The are usually "coated" to prevent rust and abuse and almost use polycarbon for the stocks and fore-ends. You never see wood anymore. Some goose hunters prefer 10 gauge waterfowl guns. Upland shotguns are light and designed to be carried all day while walking. They can be double (side by side but usually over and under), semi auto or pump guns. Slug guns are specialty weapons, often with special barrels designed to shoot specialty ammo and have options for mounting optics. "Riot" guns or police guns are also specialty weapons. They have tactical features, shorter barrels of 18 to 20 inches and extended magazines. They can be either pump or semi-auto. Coach guns are a specialty themselves. They are short barreled doubles that can be used a defensive shotgun or much more often used in Cowboy Action Shooting. That's just the beginning. There's no really good "jack of all trades" shotgun out there.
It's the same for handguns, at least for me. I arm myself according to the threat and/or to where I'm going/ability to conceal.

Non gun owners talking about guns and gun rights is akin to men talking about abortion and abortion rights....which liberals love to bring up.

What bothers me more than non gun owners talking about guns, is foreigners who are not even residents of our country advocating infringing on our rights! That is something I find very maddening!

I got the number 19 from the original poster of this thread who made the claims he had 19 shotguns for 19 different things... and I was insanely curious, what 19 things could you do that require 19 hyper-specific shotguns... I mean surely there are some inane duplication in that and multiple shotguns could have been used for the same things... but when I questioned him out of curiosity, he essentially went into the "you're too stupid to understand so I'm not telling you"... he basically whined and stomped off...

I'm okay with someone saying hey I collected 19 guns because I found them interesting and enjoyed them... but he said he had 19 shotguns for 19 different things, and I was just curious what those 19 hyper-specific shotguns must be, I mean aren't you a little curious what he needs 19 different shotguns for? I can't even think of that many different things to do... but you like him, spun off into tirades and attacked me as if somehow I was challenging him or insulting him... I'm just THAT curious about 19 specific needs... you can't tell me that doesn't sound like someone baiting you our of curiosity and you bite, and then he says "you're too stupid to understand so I won't tell you"... I'm just curious... its an interesting statement wouldn't you say?

Is it illegal? No? Then it's really not any of your business, IMO. Maybe he just likes guns. Maybe he wants one of every kind.
