Huh? What kind of games? Where is Regina?

    Any more questions?

Who here in the United States even knows such games exist? Let alone where they are?

[I recently read about an international Lacrosse tournament where the team from the peoples who created the game had not been allowed to play for years]

    Anyway, back to this.

I really could make some stupid comments about this competition but will zip my lips and let you all read for yourselves @ http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saska...egina-as-n-a-indigenous-games-begin-1.2713097 and check out the various links.

Not sure where you're going with this but Regina is in Saskatchewan. If you ever go up there then do it by road, it's really interesting. What fascinated me was the change in landscape from North Dakota to Saskatchewan. ND looked like prairie grazing land but across the border the prairie was full of wheat fields. Quite a contrast. And if you get to Regina take a look at the trees. None of them are natural to the area, all were planted by humans.

Don't go in winter, they have little plug things on their radiators for their motor vehicles, I was told they need them to ensure they keep their engine oil heated when the vehicle is in the garage or it freezes overnight.....

As for the Games, an interesting event, it would be good to go and soak up the atmosphere.
