    How do you know what was said in the Putin/Kim meeting?

    All i know is, Kim wanted all the sanctions lifted, and Trump said that was a deal breaker, wouldn't be more flexible, and left the summit early, with Kim standing there. Kim might have thought, Trump would be more "flexible" as the prior President was with Russia

    You keep doubling down!

    You start by questioning whether I know what was said at the meeting.

    Then you tell me what was said, as if you know better.

    Anyone with eyes (except Trump, and the fools who believe his bluster) knew that a. Kim wasn’t going to give up nuclear weapons, and B) that he would make some ludicrous demand (as North Koreans have been doing for 30 years).

    This was Trump’s show. Trump blew it up all by himself. Kim almost certainly baited him with an unreasonable demand, and piqued the clown prince. So, in the end, Trump raised expectations and walked away with nothing.

    Kim walked away with everything he had before he arrived. And he’s been rubbing moron Don’s nose in it ever since.

    The only people who don’t see that are you Trumpsters. But, at this point, no one takes you seriously, either.

    They obviously don’t take Trump seriously.

    I am just making an assumption, based on who he met with...I have no idea what was said...I know what Kim requested.

    Trump lost nothing, we aren't out anything, it's not like he gave them a pallet of cash....

    Trump wanted the summit. The only people who don’t think Trump made a fool of himself listen to AM right wing talk radio all day long.

    The rest of the world watched the President of the United States call a meeting with a dictator, get rolled, and walk away with nothing.

    Losing, and making a fool of yourself is a step in the right direction?

    Only in your ridiculous fantasy world.

    Trump has steadily diminished the power and influence of his office with this kind of idiotic behavior.

    He would have been far better off not having any summit at all.

    But he wanted it. And he wanted it bad, too. The North Koreans were never going to give him anything.

    And now they’re executing people who were nice to him, and back to firing misses.

    He managed to make a big fool of himself with Abe earlier this week when he essentially said that he didn’t care if North Korea lobbed missiles at our allies as long as they don’t hit the US. Of course, the fool was standing on our allies soil when he said it.

    But then that’s what you get from a clown like Trump. He doesn’t care about anything other than seeing his face on Fox.

    That is why he should stay away from the guy and let experienced diplomats deal with it because he is an amateur. He should not meet with a sort of person who murders his own people.

    He got way farther than 'experienced diplomats' ever did. What we we're doing for decades wasn't working.

    Should he not meet with that sort of person even to try and promote peace?

    Would you prefer a war break out?
