NRA: 'Children Can Have Fun At The Shooting Range'

That's not the way I understood it. In one way, it's a deflection even though it is factual. In another it's pointing out that black on black crime is a much greater problem than the number of police shooting blacks. In fact, it could be justified that, due to the higher amount of black crime in this country, it's obvious that there'd be more police-black interactions on the streets including shootings.
