WASHINGTON - The top U.S. military officer told a Senate panel Thursday that the Obama administration is deliberating whether to use military power to end the situation caused by the Zimmermann ruling. Amid an increasing clamour among Trayvon Martin supporters for active U.S. involvement, Army General Martin Dempsey said during congressional testimony that he has provided President Barack Obama with options for the use of force.
