    Fine, if immigration is not mentioned in the Constitution, then we also have no obligation to allow it. The preamble gives us every right to protect our borders as we see fit.

    First of all, prove that there is prejudice against Hispanics when it comes to immigration. They just happen to be the largest group of law-breakers when it comes to illegal immigration simply for the obvious fact of their proximity to the U.S.
