The fact is this is a non action and simply retaining the status quo on gas taxes. If this is causing you convulsions, please line up behind the GOP candidate who is advocating the permanent repeal of fed gas taxes.

 

This is an opportunity to mock hisloserness King Hussein. If he was not the most powerful person in the world I would simply igore his stupid ass all together. He is an out of touch loser, and allowing this small tax to expire would be a jester that might make people think that he actually cared. But, we all know that is not true.

I don't recall saying either that I think the poor/middle classes should never be taxed or that I "hate poor people" so it seems you're wrong on both counts.

The taxes were temporarily increased and slated to go back down. To extend them is continuing the tax hike. Which is hurting the economy and the low and middle income who have to drive to get to work. The second way it's hurting the working man is the rising cost of food due to the transportation costs with Gasoline near $4 a gallon.

 

Hatred? When have I ever said that I hate Obama. I simply recognize him for what he is, a domestic enemy made worse by the ligitamacy of the presidency. That is honesty, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that compliment, though I know thats not how you meant it. But I am the bigger man, plus, I am right.

 

Don't be a sucker for broadcast media propaganda. The reality is the money must come from someone. And it ain't going to be the large corporations that use the government and small corporations as their gimps. If any tax increas on the less than wealthy is proposed it will be by the republicans and t-baggers, because they support the corporations that fleece the simple minded fools who follow thier way of running, or ruining government.

And regardless, if it's an extension, it is by nature not an increase.

It's like saying Obama lowered taxes when he kept the Bush tax cuts.

So... your ok with republicans fighting tooth and nail to extend tax cuts for the rich... and you are ok with republicans letting tax cuts aimed to the middle class expire. Your only problem with rasing taxes is a letter D or R.
