What kind of president makes himself available to such a question? The Pot Head in Chief, that's who. What do you think?
If the country was running fine, nobody would care about stuff like this. Sad thing it, its not, and our so-called leader is out chumming it up with weed heads...
Every president in U.S. history has used Cannabis. George Washington , Thomas Jefferson, Jimmy Carter, JFK, IKE, etc. He's just doing a terrible job, dont play the weed head game.
That's the kind of respect he has brought to the Presidency. Didn't take long after his crack in the pie comments did it. I thought the exact same thing you said when I saw that. Speaking of which did you catch the pie crust recipe? It seems the obamas are eating extremely high calorie pie crusts while at the same time pointing their finger at you and telling your family you need to cut back. What a disgrace he is to this nation.
Soon I'll be asking surgeons where they went to school. Would not care to have my triple bypass performed by a stoner.
Him and the 2 guys before him....hell I'd imagine with all his time in Hollywood that the gipper burned one a couple times.
How dare Reagan drink a tall cold one in 1983! Surely he knew how poorly the Country was doing that year.
Made himself available? How did he do that? He is not the first president to wander into a bar. Many types hang out in bars. This whole thread is irrelevant. The fact that he turned it down makes it even more so. So freaking what if some guy offerred him a hit? He said no as I would have done even as I support 100% drug legalization for adults. I hate defending Obama who is a terrible president but in this one you fail miserably to find legit criticism. - - - Updated - - - That is complete and utter nonsense. I have no doubt some have but you cannot prove all have
You think the President should hide away from anyone who might ask him an "embarrassing" question? So pretty much everyone then? I'd suggest the fact he put himself in that situation (not-withstanding how stage managed it might have actually been) is a positive. Not a major thing either way in the grand scheme of things but certainly not anything to be condemned.
I'd like proof of that. But what kind of President, who is fishing for a photo op, acting as if he has better things to do, like play pool, while Iraq is raging, children are hitting our border and are being shipped - diseases and all- to all points of our country - then have to shake off a question like that? - - - Updated - - - I didn't catch that one. He is a disgrace, and so are the people who defend him. - - - Updated - - - Nice deflect, as per usual. We are talking about Obama here, in a bar, playing pool, and answering a question about smoking pot.
When he should have been at the border. Bush got lampooned for doing a fly over during Katrina. Obama doesnt even care to do that, too busy playing pool in a bar.
Any president who walks through a crowd of people (especially in Colorado)? It's nice to see he didn't say no.
You might want to look up the definition of faux. I've read that Colorado is seeing a huge spike in teen and adolescent marijuana usage following their legalization of the drug, this is bad since the clearest links to health issues are connecting with young people using the drug. It's a clear and inevitable consequence of legalization and having a leader who sets a positive example would be nice.
Then why bother posting here? You do see the irony, no? Usually Presidents are very careful about their setting because the office should be treated with respect and dignity. Obama has been acting very indecisive as of late, very cavalier, discarding important and timely issues and making sure he appears without a care. I find that distasteful and see this as another outward sign that he is in over his head. You might not see the significant, or care one bit about it. But my opinion on the matter is not irrelevant to me, or perhaps to some others. Even your opinion, in my opinion, is significant, even though you posted here under the understanding it is a waste of time.
He'll walk through a crowd of pot heads in Colorado, but turns his back to the border. See? I put his actions in context to current events. I didn't even have to go back to 1983 to make a point.
Its probably why the emptyhead runs off most times after giving a speech so he doesn't have to answer questions given to him.
You're the one who asked about other presidents - - - Updated - - - Then why did YOU ask about other presidents?
