Thanks Pregnar, I have been doing some research on my own with very little success. I started a thread asking what constitutional authority or body has the right to "postpone parts" of ratified law. This is not a D or R issue. My concern was government going willynilly regardless of the ACA. From what little I know it appears that the POTUS administration is making the rules up as they go and this is alarming. No POTUS or Congress is above constitutional authority and this action sets a dangerous precedent for future government. I also question the authority to issue waivers of ratified law along with Congress not being in the exchange and having 73% subsidized by the tax payer. This is a Cadillac plan in itself. For now I will have to sit and wait.....watch the government create a new class warfare funded by the taxpayer and sure to be a hit each election cycle with no end in sight.
