Now that's funny. When Dems DID do health care all the Repubs did was whine all the time only to find out that the public weren't on their side.....and still aren't.

Free stuff. Not always good for the country and Obamacare proved that by exploding health care costs.

Link? Anyway, in this case it sounds like an adjudicator denied security clearances (that's their job, you know) and were overturned by higher ranking officials. If true, it should give even a trump head pause.

No it isn't. And the raw file information of a security clearance investigation is HIGHLY protected information it will not be subject to a congressional subponea.

So you have no point, just couldn't resist defending the fat POS even if it were no defense at all?

What she did was expose her emails to foreign intelligence, build a server to avoid FOIA requests, and lied about it.

She didn't give her emails to foreign intelligence. I'm not going to defend her though, she was extremely negligent. She shouldn't be trusted with national secrets, but I don't think Levenworth would be warranted.

She didn't use government servers for official communications and did expose here emails to foreign players. One of them was China.

No doubt but it wasn't intentional. Hillary was an incompetent hag but she was no spy.

Subpoena them to appear where? to find out what? That they got a security clearance and worked in the white house? The whole world knows that so why is a subpoena required to re-discover that? That the president, who has the final and ultimate decision on who gets security clearances at what level, gave them security clearances? Everybody knows that, too. So why the subpoenas?????

The Washington Post and every other paper probably posted the exact same point, just Google it, I did, and I did not defend him any more than they did, I even said in the post you quoted, "I might agree with your opinion," which means just what it says, I might, but I see no reason to jump on your side's "no defense at all" bullshit hivemind Democratic party wagon Cummings all over the place in political sex orgy looking to undermine our elections for your Soviet handlers in the now Socialist DEMOCRATIC Party.

Bigot against fat people I see, NO DEFENSE AT ALL!

trump and his entire team lied about foreign contacts, usa intelligence services stated russia tried to interfere, trump denied it, gave putin the benefit of the doubt, his supporters too, the senate voted 98 - 2 that russia interfered, 25 clearances were initially denied.

you have the effing gaul to question why trump was investigated !!!

Creating your own server to avoid using government servers is definitely intentional. Passing top secret documents through that server is criminal.

the only way she could be fired is if she did not discharge her duties. in this case, she gave reasons why the clearances were denied.

It's not a defense, it's dishonest misdirection! No one has made the claim that anything illegal has occurred so why even bring it up?
The point that no one is addressing is that the president can, in fact, do plenty of damage to our country through 100% legal means. I'd say that granting security clearances to 25 people with disqualifying issues, especially if any of those issues involve foreign nationals, would fall into that category.

The idiocy is in not seeing the obvious intent to discredit Trump by a career bureaucrat that is part of the machine that runs this country behind the curtain and that desperately wants to bring Trump down.

"My response to any Dems questioning whether someone in Trump’s staff deserves security clearance would be: Did Hillary Clinton lose her security clearance after exposing 100 classified docs to Russia, China, North Korea & Anthony Wiener’s laptop? No? Then shut your pie holes." ~ Gov. Mike Huckabee

What's clear is the ruling elites try to thwart Trump at every turn and he has to fight for everything including security clearance

So she's incorrect that 25 clearances were declined and then overturned by higher ranking officials? Or do you not see a problem with that?

I only did what the Washington Post did, point out a relevant FACT, but it is good to know that you think the Washington Post and all the rest of the media that pointed it out is dishonest.

The illegal part may involve paperwork, if you read the letter of Cummings you would know that, so go read it.

    All presidents have had such power to do plenty of damage by 100% legal means. If laws need changing, or laws were violated in the paperwork, could be, that is what Congress is for, but Cummings intent is not even questionable, he is out to get Trump for political reasons. {period}
