No, because they are! Overall, Reagan was certainly our best president in the last 50 years or longer! Bush was a good President, but did make mistakes with the accomplices in the democrat party.

No doubt my ideology is different because I believe in our Constitution, and I am an "America First" guy!

I'd bet you can't tell us how the Obama administration is corrupt. You just like using the word, correct?

I guess I must have been, but there are laws against corruption and since not a single bright-eyed Republican prosecutor or congressman has brought a suit, there must be no corruption. They talk about it a lot, but I guess they just like using the word, too, just like you do. Ahhhh, "corruption". Just kinda rolls off the tongue, don't it?

Kinda like how DeLay returned to Texas to get his corruption charges dismissed by a Texas judge AFTER he had been convicted, right? Surely you know how the game gets played these days.

    Yes...

As long as you completely forget about how Reagan sold weapons to the Iranians in order to keep American hostages locked up until after the election, the fact that the Reagan Admin knew that Saddam Hussein was using chemical weapons on the Kurds and the Iranians yet still sold him the components to make those chemical weapons as well as the intelligence to use it, and the fact that Reagan armed and trained the Mujihideen - a precursor to Al-Qaeda, supported genocide in South America, supported apartheid in South Africa, implanted the whole "Starve the Beast" ideology while running up massive debt, ramped up the "War on Drugs," and made "Trickle Down" economics the buzzword of DC resulting in the current stale wages for most Americans... as long as you forget all of that and more, Reagan was a real "gem" of a President.

I'm not saying that Republicans are clean, of course. No need to be defensive. Corruption is a major issue throughout the nation. It's best approached as a whole rather than in a partisan manner.

I didn't use the word correct. this play still has a lot of moving parts, that are still moving. it's a public poll, I want to know what people here at PF think.

I am a birther, but I cast no aspersions to the opinions of others. are you still happy ? plus, I was born and raised in Illinois near Chicago, so there is a pretty well beaten path to Joliet and marion and Colorado, if you know what I mean. you're right though, no one has proven anything, as of yet. I haven't voted/answered yet...

I don't think Reagan would do that, or any other president, would do that.

Your use of half-truths and innuendos is pathetic! Reagan was a great President overall! The debt increased because the dims lied about cutting spending! Lies and liberals go together.

Corrupt is value judgement, convictions you can count.
The most corrupt administration (most convictions) was Grant.
The most corrupt administration in the 20th century was Nixon.
The most Corrupt Administration since Nixon was Reagan.
The most corrupt Administration since Reagan was W. Bush.
    That's going by actual convictions.
    Obama doesn't come close....
Papa Bush was a scummier dude than the Kenyan, when you count convictions and Papa B was only there for 4 years, and he pardoned the people who were going to be given immunity to testify against him.....

Yes. A person can't become president unless he is corrupt.

Details... One thought I have about this is that a president must have certain skeletons in his closet in order to be selected, as this will help ensure control by the real government, which is where the wealth and knowledge are, i.e. with the elites and central intelligence. I wouldn't claim this as being definitely true, but it seems a possibility to me anyway.

There is also the kind of personality the job would require, at least in this day and age. The president has to be a good liar, and he has to be one to prioritise agendas over any sense of right or wrong, even to the point of killing people (you know the type - people who will kill for some "greater good" the way any Napoleon would do).

So the next administration could be one of the most popular. Especially after sixteen years of two very bad presidents (not much difference between Bush and Obama)
    Populism on the rise.
All politics and propaganda that is happening before 2016 is done to cause the most popular elections in US history.
Revolutions, politics and tyranny, conflict, fear and terror are a major problem, all cause invisible (artificial) organisation.

Bush made mistakes especially in the ME, although compliance was given by the dimocrats. However, Bush was actually presidential, patriotic, and generally honest. Obama was and is none of those good qualities. To excuse Obama's incompetence by saying Bush was as bad is just plain silly and wrong!

How is that? Can you give an example?

I mean going by convictions, something real that can be counted, Nixon, Reagan, W are the most corrupt administrations since Grant.
Are you going by something real, or just skin color?
