The judge in Oscar Pistorius' murder trial gaveled arguments to a close today and said she would give herself five weeks to consider the case, setting Sept. 11 as the day to announce her verdict. Heya Shang. Thanxs for hitting up the poll and thread. I think he should be found Guilty.....even though his attorney tried to use that tactic to make a defense. This guy was used to hearing a gun fired to run any race he was in. So....sounds in the night. Wouldn't scare him so much. Not to mention he would know some differences as if if felt threatened.
I cant get past this. She is in the bathroom. He is stating he didn't realize it was her in the bathroom. Hard for me to believe and here is why He fires the first round. It did not kill her. At the point that first round penetrated that door with her in that room there is no way in my mind he didn't know she was in that room. I find it very hard to believe she wasn't screaming for her life. She was hit with a round in the hip. My God the woman had to be in a state of sheer terror. Screaming for him or help. I don't believe he didn't know she was in that bathroom at that point in time. I have watched the trial on and off. I took him to be a theatrical type fake, phony and a fabricator to accommodate his side of the story. Just my opinion.
