Yes, they do. They are created as a gestating vessel. A small number of 'errors' occur in all physiological systems and structures, but these have no bearing on the understanding of those systems and structures. Because some people are born with fused toes, we don't change the number of the standard. We still say humans have ten toes ... because that is the reality.

Give it up my friend. You're entirely wrong on this one.

If someone is still a human if they lose a toe, then having ten toes is not what defines being a human. Simple concept.

She’s going to be a Supreme Court justice….not sure I’d consider that “failing hard”.
And no, I don’t agree that one should consult a biologist for the definition of a woman. A biological woman can’t become a male and a biological man can’t become a woman. Sure, one can pretend to be the opposite of how they were born. But that’s all it will amount to…pretend.

I was able to define woman fairly easily in this thread I guess I'm as good as the judge or if not better...

The truth is she didn't want to answer that very easy question because she didn't want to make a declaration against something that her base is trying to change

and there you have it. One of the heroes of the far left just said a man can’t get pregnant. The only way he can walk this back is to say he had a Biden moment.,

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Roe v. Wade leak: 'If men could get pregnant...'

“If men could get pregnant, this wouldn’t even be a conversation. This decision isn’t about strengthening families - it’s about extremism. It’s about control. We will fight for the right to choose.”

Unions insist upon due process. Teachers are terminated for poor performance just as often in states with unions. So, why aren't more teachers axed? Because teachers can point out the poor discipline in many schools.
All the admin have to do is follow through on the evaluation process.
We should end K-12 being a socialist enterprise. Vouchers? Yes. Charter schools? No.
    Who the hell cares?

"Womb" human with a womb - > woman.

    A Trans-woman is not not a woman.

You care enough to reply. I care that students and parents are being taken advantage of.

I think it disturbing that people who know nothing of the topic try to tell the whole world what to think and do.
No women's sports have been threatened.

These folks just can't get over the idea sexuality isn't a "lifestyle choice." What can I say?

Why shouldn't a teacher request the students refer to them with a particular pronoun?
I care that lower- and middle-income families too often live in communities with poor schools. Teacher salaries are too low, especially for STEM subjects. If you're a computer science teacher, would you prefer teaching in a school with older computers labs?
