Funny, I hadn't heard this much on US TV. Maybe if they got enough signatures sooner there would have been no Dallas massacare.

All right. It appears to be gaining momentum without any media coverage whatsoever.

 

They made the goal. Now for Obozo to wipe his @$$ with it, and call all signees racist.

We all know the SPLC wont even call them a hate group let alone a terrorist organization.

 

It would be just as easy to get 100,000 signatures calling the NRA a terror group, or the Democrats or Republicans. Not that big a deal.

Yep, I recently watched a short documentary on the SPLC and you hit the nail on the head. They're a bunch of paranoid old white lefties scaring people into believing there is a white man with a white sheet covering his head behind every bush, every rock and every tree in the United States.

The SPLC acts like the KKK and the Neo-Nazi's are some kind of epidemic.

Oh yeah, now they have a real hard on for patriot groups like the libertarian party - they're so sure we're closeted KKK members they have listed all of our patriot/libertarian organizations "hate groups" based on pure conjecture.

 

They are certainly a racist terrorist group.

Trump is fixin' to destroy his own campaign by having Christie as his VP running mate. This would not surprise me though, because I have felt all along he was never serious in winning to begin with.

It's kind of funny, my chapter had a meeting at a restaurant a couple months back and a reporter from the local paper showed up looking for something "juicy" on us I suppose assuming we were all a bunch of racist rednecks that were plotting the destruction of the US government with anarchy...... Nope what he found were a bunch of people of all races and backgrounds discussing politics, the philosophy of our founding fathers, sports and all kinds of stuff...... Needless to say the reporter was shocked. He didn't even write a story, he ended up just talking to us...... I'm sure he views libertarians a lot differently now lol.

Thanks to the SPLC and the overly progressive media people actually believe libertarians are a bunch of racist loose cannons. It's terrible..... The truth is these authoritarian progressives and republicans fear us because they fear a free country they cannot control....

 

Most of the libertarians I've ever met are just people looking for a party that will legalize weed. Fear is hardly a word I think of in connection with libertarians.

 

Well we're far from a single issue party..... I mean we want drugs legalized not because we want to do drugs (some smoke weed I guess) but because it's none of the governments business if people do drugs.

You see that is another stereotype people have about libertarians - that we're all a bunch of pot heads obsessed with legalizing weed.

Like I said it isn't about drugs it's about freedom and how much influence the government has on our lives - which presently is too much.

Adults can make their own decisions, we're not babies yet our government treats us like babies.

But yea, there are plenty of hippy fools that like to call themselves "libertarians" and ironically "libertarian socialists" that only care about legalizing drugs and stealing from other people and they make the party look bad and are generally not accepted by most chapters.

"Libertarian socialist" sounds like
a necessary contradiction in terms. Can you really have the government off your back when they are paying for so much of your stuff, or taking your stuff to give to some unknown other? I think not.
