Simply because this basic of any justice here:

And THIS can't be delivered by any religion in the world, due to fact that there is not only 1 religion in the world and that these existing religions are too much in contrary to each other!

    This reply is a crock.
You denigrate the OP and you do it by starting out with 'Almost everyone'. LOL.

That is your top answer when you have no response. "Western perspective". I think the poster has been in the Far East for a good portion of his life.

No, you didn't do anything of the sort.
Just cherry picked and did so out of context.

How silly of me to insinuate religion is almost 100% contingent on culture, time, and geography!! That's so silly. Christians in America found their faith, Hews in Israel, Muslims in the Middle East, Buddhists in Asia...Pantheists in ancient Hellenistic Greece and Rome.
I am sure your very original, unique decision regarding religion wasn't influenced by anything but the great divine.

Well, you did say you wanted to.

Thats a good thing to have faith in too. To me science and God aren't mutually exclusive.

I didn't say anything about asking God.

You said you wanted there to be a loving God. Do you really?

Because as much as I critize the USA sometimes, at least it is good country but needs to remember things like in my signatue. Although I made my maszer in history about US war of independence.
But I'm at least not only German ... 1/4 of me is French (my Grandmother was French - my grandfather fought as German in French Foreign Legion against Nazi Germany in Italy .. and at least im married since 11 years with a woman from Poland.

What was silly was you cutting one down, and then saying almost. Meaning he could be one of the few that almost doesn't cover. Yes, silly on your part.

To the OP...Wanting to believe is often the 1st step to becoming a believer...You sure you want to travel down that road? Belief is very dangerous to an Atheist you know.

What scientific evidence explains a strong compelling for a person to get up three hours early(never before or after)and go to his business to find it smoke filled?

After the fire department had left there was no smoke or physical damage. An ember from a gas stove was smoldering in nearby sawdust. There is no telling the damage that could have occurred in three more hours. You do not need evidence there is a super natural presence.

You'll "find God" if and when you feel like it, not because of a scientific report. You're not going to be talked into believing.

If you wanted to find any god, you would pursue your own quest.
Who am I? A chick who found her own beliefs.
Let me ask this, what specifically do you want to believe and why?
I'm 39. I want to believe in Santa again because it made Christmas magical.

I used to be an atheist, then I started having spiritual experiences. I do not mean drug hallucinations; I mean things that had less than a billionth chance of happening. When talking about them, I was attacked on two sides: One by materialists who thought that I was loony, the other by religious people who thought that I was evil. I have no luxury of being an atheist. I am certain that divine powers exist.

Is it safe to say, it's not of the christian God, your experiences. What religious people think you are evil?
