I just decided that my transitioning experience is going to be one laced with humor and fun. We only live once so we might as well have fun while we're doing it..no?

You know I think I'm having hot flashes because I'm approaching the age of menopause... Or maybe it's just because I live in Southwest Florida and it's pretty damn hot and humid right now?

Now let's not put too much on a girls plate at once..... I just had a friend get my mountain bike out of the shed so I can start exercising my ankle. I'm getting to the point where I'm pretty comfortable walking with just one crutch...

But I think I'm going to have to give the high heels about 50 days or so about the same time I can get back on my motorcycle.

I bet I would look super hot riding my motorcycle in high heels... Does anyone know where a girl might be able to find high heel shoes that are the same size as a man size 12?

These clothing manufacturers are not very trans friendly. I don't even know what size that would be in a girl's shoe but I know that's what I need

Now I'm celebrating about 30 hours of girlhood. I have faced a lot of fierce resistance from left-wing members here but I'm not going to let that stop my brave transition.

But I will give credit where it's due... A handful of my new found colleagues on the left here have supported my transition.

It's so refreshing to step into my new skin as Rita. I Now understand just how real the struggle is

I have only been a girl now for a little bit over 30 hours or so but it's so empowering! If I would have known this I would have done this like 40 years ago!
