My father makes the best potato salad I've ever eaten. My father now 80 has perfected the recipe over atleast 50 years. His recipe has been passed down from his grandmother.

No family gathering is complete without my father's potato salad. My mother and I have tried to make it. We have come close, but it's still not the same as my father's.

The secret, dill cucumbers and the best white wine vinegar.

Those special dishes only one person can make like that are priceless. :)

After my mother passed, we all realized just how spoiled we had been.

I love a good mustard potato salad. It's one thing the missus makes well.
