Powerful American Stories Ripped to Shreds by Nancy Pelosi

I don't know at what point in your life, you can get so flustered that you don't cheer for the poor, the old, those who lost their child(ren), those who lost their parent(s), and/or character over color.

I want to share this video because it says so much about the kind of people Americans are facing. People who hate a man so much that they refuse to stand and clap when he celebrates changing the lives of minorities and women, two groups Nancy Pelosi and her side used to at least act like they wanted to help. The following video really puts into perspective, how most of the country saw Pelosi's childish act of behavior when she tore up the SOTU Address speech out of hatred and anger. After watching, it's easy to see why so many more people have walked away for the DNC.

A preplanned classless act probably brought out by frustration over the fact the democrats were having their worst week since the battle of Appomattox.

 

Still fun to watch Pelosi rip up Trump's lies in such a visceral fashion.

 

I will trade you one frustrated woman tearing up a speech for 187 newly appointed Federal Judges.

 

Just honestly curious with this question: and duly noted this is coming from someone that wants Nancy out as speaker.

I don't understand why the hell anyone cares if she rips up a few pieces of paper.

Like this is some massive insult considering everything that has taken place over the last 3 months, if not the last 3 years?

When I first saw the clip, I shook my head, then I moved on.

Insults and jabs have been tossed back and forth with regularity for quite some time, and its certainly not like DJT is Mr. Cordiality setting an example for all of us to follow. What the hell makes this different? Now I'd be more annoyed if that was done in front of Bush 43, I thought even with the massive differences he held the office with dignity, but we're talking about Donald Trump here people.

I think you may be missing the comedy of it all. It's a power struggle.
I compare it to Pelosi carrying her huge gavel.

 

What you're missing is that you don't tear something up unless you hate what's on or in it. That speech contained a lot of celebrations for men, women, and children of all colors and backgrounds. It contained written records of black unemployment, female unemployment, jobs gained, etc. While it may have been meant as an insult to Trump, Nancy was too angry to think about what it would look like to the people who expect to see professional behavior out of a career politician. A few alt-left progressives are still celebrating her spiteful actions, too unaware of how much it genuinely forced even more people away from the current left.

 

Its still just a few sheets of paper, if people on the right expect to see professional behavior out of the a left leaning politician shouldn't they hold their own right leaning politicians up to the same standard? Seriously, it goes both ways people.

 

True that... But I do get a kick out of how Pelosi winces when she starts to tear the paper in half. Maybe the speech was on paper made from Oak trees.

 

This would have one time been common sense but it seems each side expects way more from people that they consider enemies than they do their own. It’s strange.

 

We do. That's why Joe Wilson was forced by his own party to issue an apology for calling obama a liar in 2009, and he apologized for letting his emotions get the best of him. Pelosi didn't apologize, nor did any of her party force her to.

Stop right there. Trump hasn't attacked anyone that hasn't attacked him first. He's spent almost 5 years defending himself. If people would stop attacking him and let the man do his job then this country would be much better off.

I'm sure you tear up everything that has valuable information and history in it. It still doesn't change the fact that Pelosi, out of spite, tore up a written speech containing the names of children, mothers, fathers, soldiers, etc., of all races and backgrounds to commemorate their lives and their losses, and celebrate actions that will better their futures and the futures of the people they love.

 

Earlier in the speech between tongue fumbling her dentures and scowling, she started to tear the papers in readiness for her drama.
Bless her little heart and those of fellow congress critters like Mark Pocan, Illian Omar, and Talib who didn't even have the class to stand for the honoring of a 100 year old member of the Tuskegee airman for pointing out to America the frustration and petulant little children some democrats have become.

 

That’s the lasting image Americans will carry about Nancy. It’s not a good look.

 

Pelosi's action?

Pretty much... it's what much of America would have done, had they actually watched AND had a physical copy of his manifesto available.

Neither applied to me, of course...

I hope normalcy returns to Washington in 2021, but until then, rip away honey...
