Obama poured fed money into the stock market. It created an artificial surge.
We now have a national debt of 20 TRILLION. You would have to spend a MILLION dollars a DAY for over 56,200 years to reach that.
unemployment claims drop when people run out of benefits or they find a part-time job at half their previous pay with no benefits.
I thought SEAL team 6 got bin Laden. It's just silly to claim that Obama got him.
The stimulus package went to the unions, not to any actual work being done.
Oil production increase is due to programs that were in place before Obama took office and he couldn't stop them.
Record corporate profits held offshore because of the highest corporate taxes in the world.

Obamacare may have provided healthcare for many that didn't have it before, but destroyed it for even more that did have it before.

LOL. That means the rate, if the70s was the last time the formula changed, is the calculated the same. And a rate of 10% is worse than a rate of 5%. You should know this. And the numbers use the same data and formula, hence the comparisons are valid.

 

The rule of the thumb has always been, what ever is the reported unemployment rate, double it and it's closer to the real unemployment rate.

What's different from today and back when America was still great, part time jobs and low paying entry level jobs were mostly held by high school and college students. Today those same jobs are held by uneducated and unskilled immigrants and illegal aliens who expect that these jobs become full time careers.

Forty or so years ago Americans didn't have to compete against 20 or 30 million immigrants or illegal aliens for jobs.

Jobs that use to be well paying jobs like the meat packing industry have become undesirable jobs, again because of uncontrolled immigration.

Then there's the automation factor and and what are we going to do about it ? Amazon wants to send the Fed Ex drivers to the unemployment lines and the worse enemy of them all is Google who plans to end the era of the truck driver.

 

And that is all on obama how?
Point on unemployment, its a measure from month to month, year to year. As long as the formula and data doesn't change, it shows what is going on.
And if its been nearly 50 yrs a certain way. It's the real number.

I said the economy was slow. There is a thread or post around here someplace that points out that Obama has set a new record for eight years in a row of slow growth.

Remember all of those "SHOVEL-READY JOBS" that never turned up? Do a little more research into how those programs were executed and stop just printing Obama's wannabe legacy list.

 

Obama lies when he claims how many jobs have been created not pointing out that the majority of new jobs created during the past eight years went to non native born Americans, immigrants and illegal aliens.
