Thank you for backing up my point, though I'm sure that wasn't your intention. This debate is chock full of epic faux narratives and pseudo storylines. With the level of ridiculousness that some pro-lifers can reach, partially evidenced by the quote above, you'd think the pro-life crowd hires movie writers to design their arguments.

One dimensional evil "bad guys" and one dimensional good "good guys" - Check!
Epic good versus evil storyline - Check!
The "good guys" having to go against all odds to vanquish evil - Check!
Bad guys hellbent on nothing less than destruction and murder for the fun of it - Check!

There we go. The pro-life argument and/or Michael Bay's next film.

I don't really understand what you mean by the "go-to-line". What does that mean, exactly?

    Simple questions, Sam's Ego-

    In your opinion-

    1. Is abortion "murder"? Yes or No?

    2. Should we prosecute and punish murderers (criminally, using our judicial system)? Yes or No?

    3. Would you prosecute and punish a woman who self-induces an abortion as a murderer? (Now, before you answer, re-read Questions #1 and #2) Yes or No?

    Yes.
    Yes.
No, because thousands of women who get miscarriages would be put through even more emotional distress or an investigation and possibly being falsely accused.

It means that argument is used quite regularly.
