Biden didn't call anyone anything. He was referring to the perceived unrest if forced busing were mandated. These were the fears of his constituents, whom Biden was sworn to represent. What is so hard to understand about this?

Throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, there was unending warfare between black tribal bands -- who fought constantly for the prizes of conquest, including SLAVES! Where do you think that slavery began, Dairy...? When those first Arab and European explorers and adventurers entered black Africa, one of the first things they were offered was negro SLAVES!

The tribes fought wars to survive and project their own power -- consider, they had nothing more advanced than "slash-and-burn" agriculture until other races taught them how to farm using greatly improved methods. For millennia, these tribal people had to eat roots, seeds, naturally-occurring fruits and vegetables, but they subsisted largely on "bush meat" -- any animals they could kill using essentially the same tools and methods that humanoids had been using for tens of thousands of years!

The Han Chinese, by contrast, are characterized during their 5,000 year-long history mostly by isolation and avoidance of contact with other races and cultures! But except for very rare incursions -- like the one you mention with the Mongols (who are also East-Asian), the Chinese went to great lengths (pardon the double-entendre) to keep outsiders out, by building The Great Wall of China, for instance....

The Chinese didn't wander too far from home as 'conquerors', either, except in dealing with helpless adversaries like Tibet. Their forays into Southeast Asia weren't particularly successful or long-lasting, and surely one of the greatest failures at invasion in the history of mankind was the doomed attempt by Kublai Khan to invade Japan by sea, back in the 13th-century. China never attempted anything so 'grand' ever again....

But certainly, by any account, we've never seen East-Asian nations savage each other for decade after decade in modern times like Caucasian people in nations like Great Britain, the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Russia, and numerous other European countries. WE have done a wonderful job of doing nearly everything imaginable to wrecking our own white race, ever since about 1910.

And now? Within the next twenty years, probably, China will become to overall greatest power on Earth -- especially allied as they will be with Russia.
