....I've been hearing about the amazing health benefits with ACV. So anybody take it regulary for health? If so how much a day and what kind of benefits have you noticed?
    Thanks

The only clearly established benefit is that it seems to stabilize blood glucose levels for Type II diabetics. Mother vinegar (the undistilled kind) seems to be best. If you drink it though, it needs to be diluted to prevent damage to your teeth and soft tissue. There are a lot of claims that have not been researched or on which research has yielded mixed results. If you are on any medications, you need to investigate to see if it would be safe to use them and vinegar. There are a few drugs that do not play well with high acid beverages/foods at all. I don't recall the name, but I recall the pharmacy tech telling me there is one drug that if you took it with OJ or grapefruit juice, you would probably die, so they have special everything--warnings, special bottles so the patient can more readily ID it without confusing bottles, make them sign special forms, and call and check on the patients to remind them of this.
