Yes it does. In your op, you asked for someone to explain the phenomenon of right wingers touting the CBO when it said ACA would cost jobs but didn't fly any banners when it said the deficit would be reduced. I explained it.

 

Nope, you didn't answer. You are throwing in the democrats and saying both do it. My question had nothing to do with both parties. Mt question was about republicans. Do they or do they not consider CBO a reliable a source of information? Yes or no? No other explanation needed.

First off your link doesn't even come up. Secondly, no one from the left is going to take what a right wing hack website has to say anyway, such as Forbes. You might as well post something from Fox. It would be the same propaganda. They have proven time after time to be untruthful. Third, the video says nothing about the deficit. So, I'm not sure why you even posted it.
