But its not Gods, its three Gods in One God.

I thought you guys subscribed to the Trinity as a poor attempt to avoid polytheism?

John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, `For a good work we do not stone thee, but for evil speaking, and because thou, being a man, dost make thyself God.'

34 Jesus answered them, `Is it not having been written in your law: I said, ye are gods?

35 if them he did call gods unto whom the word of God came, (and the Writing is not able to be broken,)

36 of him whom the Father did sanctify, and send to the world, do ye say -- Thou speakest evil, because I said, Son of God I am?

    37 if I do not the works of my Father, do not believe me;

38 and if I do, even if me ye may not believe, the works believe, that ye may know and may believe that in me [is] the Father, and I in Him.

Is this the scripture he could have been talking about?

gen 3:22 And Jehovah God saith, `Lo, the man was as one of Us, as to the knowledge of good and evil; and now, lest he send forth his hand, and have taken also of the tree of life, and eaten, and lived to the age,' --

    if surviving; forgiven, right now!

what each do, each moment is what makes/breaks life

no single 'dude' is 'forgiving' anyone. If nature (god) has you walkin', right now. Be thankful!

to know bliss, appreciate every moment.

    stupid easy!

    A very poor attempt indeed.

The OT talks about "Gods" .. Israelites were polytheists until they were influenced bo monotheistic Persian Zoroastrianism.

Whether it be in Genesis Let "us" make man in "our" image .. the Sons of Gods coming down and having sex with earth maidens .. or God ordering the Israelites to sacrifice a goat to the desert God Azazil .... or El being referred to as the head of the Gods in Psalms and Duteronomy.

The Trinity was alive and well to the Israelites and other peoples of the OT .. This was the Trinity of El (Creator, and Father), Asherah (his consort), and Baal (the son).

YHWH is even shown with his consort Asherah in recently excavated Israelite reliefs.

This has little to do with the modern Trinity of course which first came into use by Tertullian around 200 AD. This concept was labled as heresy by the church at the time.

Neither the disciples not the early Church fathers believed in the Trinity. The early Church fathers were subordinationists .. believing that Jesus subordinate to the Father.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subordinationism

The Romans took religion very seriously, you could have your own Gods but you also had to bow down to Ceasar. Any act of claiming to be God in any way was punishable by death. Speaking for God was a particularly bad offense (Ceasar was Pontifex Maximus .. the one who spoke for God)

When Jesus was arrested he got a fair trial. At this trial he would have been asked a wide variety of questions in relation to these various offenses.

Jesus obviously stated to the Romans that he was not God .. otherwise Pilate would have found him Guilty rather than Not Guilty.

Why would a fictional character tell me anything?

The theistic model of God is paradoxical at best.

if everything God creates is perfect and if God created all of us, and we are imperfect, then god is imperfect if we are in his image.. and if he knows he created us imperfect, why be jealous of what we believe and punishing us for his imperfection...?

Why punish us for things that He already knows we will do?

A lot of people confuse lessons for punishment. Karma is just lessons.

In almost every verse in the Old Testament where God, the Lord, or the Lord of Hosts is mentioned it refers to the Assyrian, Babylonian, or Persian emperor or his main general. There are only a few verses that actually refer to the invisible sky God.

I question whether the Persian Zoroastrians are true monotheists. Their religion has more characters than a Broadway play.

Angels are God's first concious beings they are spiritual beings.

Human spirits are different from angelic spirits, human spirit are innocent spirit like a fetus baby, they enter the human at the time of conception and they start the process of conciousness, educating and developing to become pure spirit. Before that they are neither pure nor un-pure they are unconcious or unborn spirit.

They gain conciousness after uniting with the human body they can develop into being corrupted or evil from their own choice they will become corrupted or saintly by their own will and acts. God did not force us to go through anything it is and was from our own choice.

God gave us goodness, Satan gave us sins because Satan chose to be sinful sin was created. If Lucifer did not chose sin then we wouldn't have sin, evil or wickedness every spirit and humans will be pure good and the present world will be totally different.

They learn that the reason they were grounded was because they did wrong and some kids will learn from that positively and will grow up to become good, great and others saintly adults. Others will become vindictive, vengeful, hatred and bitterness they will grow up to become evil adults.

God gave humans free will, with free will God have step aside and not interfere with human free will we are to take responsibility for our own actions.

Satan is responsible for his own action not God. After God gave Satan free will it is up to him to chose he and many other angels chose to be evil. God is so powerful that when he gave angels free will He also put a barrier for Himself between Him and the freewill of those angels he gave them that responsibility. Just like God did not interfere with the many great scientist who were able to invent great stuff He allow the free mind of those scientist to develop and create things from their own capacity and will.

It was Satan's will for men to resist God, and God's will for everything that is good.

People free will a lot to explain God's weird creation and then (*)(*)(*)(*)ation of humans, but how can a God give you free will, then give you laws to live by?

    Doesn't the two conflict?

I also have another question. I never understood how Jesus was Jewish and spoke t the Jews, but it turns out that only non-Jewish people tend to worship him and the Jewish faith from which Christianity springs from, does not seem to validate him as anything beyond a man. If there are any Jewish people here, or anyone who knows, why is that?

My friends, the Persians are a bit of history that has, sadly, gone widely unnoticed. Because of the West and it's love-affair with the actually horrible Greek society, all of early history tends to be biased. By contrast, the Persians, though an empire, was a much better civilization to live in for both the average man and the high born.

Indeed, they invented the dualism and one of the early forms of monotheism.

This makes me sad again. So many places in the ancient world, and our learning curriculum is confined to Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Europeans, and then their dismantling of every other culture. Poo... They pretend Greece was the birthplace of everything when the Persian empire was there longer and far stronger. So was the Asian empires to the far east. No wonder there's so much conflict. It's easy to hate people you can't understand.

Do the two conflict? IMHO.. No. Explanation: The laws were provided so as to provide you with a comparative standard by which to gauge your conduct... either abide by His laws or refuse to abide by His laws. CHOICE... Freewill. Are you being 'FORCED' to abide by His laws?

The remainder of your post, I will defer to those who presume to know more about the Jewish history and the Jewish religion.

If god knows the outcome of something, then one only has the illusion of freewill as one can only do what god knows.

Affirming the consequent. Your comment again suggests that God does exist and that God does control everything. Are you in the market for affirming that God exists?

BTW: are you uncertain about what you have stated?

Whether your imaginary friend is real or not is irrelevant in the philosophical question of free will.

You should open a red herring fishing stand.

    I accept your white flag.

You simply cannot argue this point:

    Because this:

    or this:

is not any kind of a response.

God gave us free will so that we can develop to understand what is pure good and appreciate it, God in His goodness gave us laws as His way of setting the roots and foundation on how and where to start that development and guidance to be good. God did not just throw us to the wolves He gave us all the tools necessary to help and aid us because this world is too much under the influence of Satan. Notice that Satan is only concentrated in this world no longer in the Heavens.

No conflict at all between free will and good laws, human need laws in their day to day life, free will allow them to chose to follow the laws or not to follow means to be with God not to follow means to go against God that is why we see just how many people are against God in some form or another.

Jews were the first to worship Jesus all his Apostles were Jews, one of the reason why majority at present are none Jews because the Pharisees or Judaism leadership were able to restrict Jews from worshipping Jesus Christ with Judaism as being the national religion of the Jewish nation Israel.
