I pretty much agree with paco in post #145. Being a Mulatto generally has no bearing on being a presidential candidate.

Then why are you complaining? You were the first one to jump into this thread, and I don't remember you once actually addressing the question of the thread- do you agree or disagree with the racist Birther in Alaska who is using the term Mulatto to describe President Obama?

Why would I be offended? I have no problems with his heritage. I didn't know her like Obama did, so I can only admire her from afar, but I have read Obama describe how much he loved and admired her.

As to what color Barack Obama is, I subscribe to the theory that people are free to label themselves as they wish, and then the community will decide whether to accept that definition.

However, in Selma, in 1960, the man you consider to be "white' would have been arrested if he didn't agree to sit at the back of the bus. That is the test I use- if a person would have been subject to arrest simply because of his color- I think he or she can describe themselves as whatever color they want.

 

I am enjoying the hell out of your squirming. Seriously, after dozens and dozens of stupid, ignorant, baiting, fishing and baiting Birther threads, started by half wits and Birthers- oh wait that is redundent- I feel no shame in starting a thread about a Birther who is openly willing to shout to the world that he is a Birther because Obama is the wrong color.

I am enjoying the hell out of Birthers being unable to deny any claim against Obama, no matter how offensive or outragious.

Lets do a quick recount shall we:

On the question whether you agree with the openly racist Birther in Alaska who claims that Obama can't be eligible because he is a Mulatto:

Dutch- finally took a position and said the racist Birther was wrong and is an idiot.

birddog- says the racist Birther is mostly wrong- generally being a Mulatto doesn't affect eligiblity.

Paco- declines to state- but keeps posting and posting and posting. Oddly enough, Paco appears to be more upset about my starting the thread, than he does about someone claiming that Obama can't be President because he is a Mulatto.

All the rest of the PF Birthers- avoiding this thread but willing to peddle any other whacky Birther theory.

For these of Obamabots with brain size of a pea or even less, and specifically to jeff - no-one on PF ever said that black man cannot be a president of the United States. No-one. Ever.

Therefore, for birthers (who are generally smart, educated, courteous and patriotic people) there's no need to admit or deny your stupid, childish, brown-nosing fish-baiting and yes - racist question about mulatto - all of us know the answer to this.

Nor did I ever accuse any Birther on PF of ever admitting to believing that a black man or a "Mulatto" cannot be President.

Once again- I pointed out that one of the many Birther ballot challenges against President Obama contained the charge that Obama can't be eligible because he is a Mulatto.

Now this on the face of it is no more outragious than every other Birther claim, so I was curious whether our resident Birthers would find this claim dispicable or not.

And you are the only one who has.

Seriously- of all the Birthers- those who are willing to embrace any Birther speculation, willing to support vile sexual claims against Obama's dead mother, willing to comment on any Birther innuendo- you are the only one who says this guy is wrong.

One of the big Birther claims against Obama is that they are suspicious because he refused to respond to their demands to show him his 'long form' birth certificate. What then, by Birther standards, can we take away from Birthers refusing to denounce their racist Birther brethren?

Sorry, I have seen no evidence of Birthers generally being smart or deducated or courtious, and since most advocate that the Constitution be ursurped, patriotic. I will admit that the exceptional Birther might be any one of those things, but generally- no.

And yet, you keep posting to say that other's don't need to answer. You have no problem with the stupid, childish, brown-nosing, fishbaiting Birther threads- in the last three months or so there probably have been a dozen that you gave open or tacit support to......so I find your angst to be rather self serving.

So far you are the only Birther who has unqualifiadly repudiated this Alaskan Birther. Make up whatever excuses you want for your Birther brethren- their silence is their answer on the subject.

That makes as much sense as saying that you are a racist because the only President you demand proof of eligiblity for is a black President.

Oh wait- me being a racist for starting a thread about a racist Birther makes even less sense than you being a racist for asking only the black President to prove his eligibility.
