Any area that had free exchange before the onset of government regulation.

    No, accounting.

All of my economics based courses (other that general electives) were geared specifically towards my degree.

    Okay. High school then.

Some do. Some don't. If you are a high school teacher, it is unlikely that you teach strictly economics. None the less the fact that you are a high school teacher makes you a high school teacher, not a economists.

What's the old saying...."Those who can, do; those who can't, teach.." I believe?

I am only responding in kind.

You don't understand why markets are imperfect.

"All real-world markets are imperfect. Thus, the study of real markets is always influenced by competition for market share, high barriers to entry and exit, different products and services, prices set by price makers rather than by supply and demand, imperfect or incomplete information about products and prices, and a small number of buyers and sellers."

    Got it. Not real economics.
More like private. I taught adults how to use computers, how to program computers, computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting. I also taught economics and business startups.
The economics teacher in a high school advanced placement economics course will have an economics degree.
You're trying so hard, I'm almost rooting for you.
