I've never seen a man fly. I've seen a plane fly, and a kite fly, but never a man. I've also seen a bee fly, a bee is a mystery to the oh so powerful man.
Hell, no mystery, I just squish it for what it is, a bug. Silly little child with your bee sized brain Tell me what you see in the cabin of that plane. A human soul soaring towards the sunlight of tomorrow, Or a cowering insect desperately hiding in the shadows.
Riiiight...except your "First Causer", Yahweh, or whatever. So, apparently not everything. Or he is outside the universe, or something. And why? Because you say so. Hmm..... Not convinced. Nor should anyone be convinced by that hooha.
It did for a long time, but... https://www.livescience.com/528-scientists-finally-figure-bees-fly.html
Naturally, science will never able to satisfy the religious crowd. They are not objective at all about it and generally do not understand it. They're determined to ignore inconvenient facts and assume that they're smarter than scientists, because that's what the Sunday School teacher and preacher say.
Why must that first cause be the judeo-Christian version of god? Maybe space aliens? Maybe the world we know is a digital simulation? Maybe there are multiple gods who each set their own universe in motion 14 billion years ago as a competition to see who comes up with the best universe? Or maybe the first cause is something totally beyond our comprehension? What seems to me to be colossally improbable is that the first cause (what ever it is) would be interested in the individual lives and bedroom habits of humans
Whether or not scientists actually figured out how bees fly is not the issue. Your argument that scientists not knowing how bees fly is just another God in the Gaps fallacy.
Once you get old and senile enough to rely on religion for your comfort you are past being influenced by reality or opposing arguements.
If God created everything, then anything in existence (which is everything) is of a lesser cause. Ergo, God is the Cause, and He is not caused, as there is nothing in existence that could have caused Him, for everything is of a lesser cause. And this is what man has to offer. All you've done in this thread is post images and quote dead philosophers. Get a life, kiddo.
