Computer technology has increased and has mostly improved our personal well being as well as business efficiency and productivity. However, with those computer have come other issues, namely cyber security, where jobs have been created to deal with those issues. ATM's and Kiosks have not replaced all tellers or cashiers. It is really how a business uses them in order for them to be effective.
