    While the collapse is tragic Republicans do not believe that regulation is the way to go. Let the free market handle it. The condo owners now know that not making the repairs is costly and will adjust accordingly.

    Republicans and all righties claim to be the guardians of our freedom

    This rightie doesn't claim to be the guardians of our freedom. I am simply upset that government, the supposed guardian of our freedoms, doesn't even defend our freedoms. Most of us don't want government running our lives.

    A huge leap from hating regulations that hurt the economy to regulations designed improve personal safety. After all the primary purpose of government, any government, is to support the safety of its citizens. Silly partisan bad post.
