There is no crime, that is what the people will see. People were sick of the witch hunt almost as soon as it began, and without the collusion you have nothing. Nobody cares about Russia, they never really did, just whiny hardcore liberals, and they were going to whine about something either way...

Not if they read the Mueller report..............like Rep. (R) Justin Amash did.

"We are former federal prosecutors. We served under both Republican and Democratic administrations at different levels of the federal system: as line attorneys, supervisors, special prosecutors, United States Attorneys, and senior officials at the Department of Justice. The offices in which we served were small, medium, and large; urban, suburban, and rural; and located in all parts of our country.

Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice."

Hardly the 'report' was wishy washy nonsense, not specific, Mueller is just trying to protect himself by keeping things vague. He knows he has no friends left...

That's pathetic. The report lays out a compelling, detailed case for 4 counts of obstruction.

"The Mueller report describes several acts that satisfy all of the elements for an obstruction charge: conduct that obstructed or attempted to obstruct the truth-finding process, as to which the evidence of corrupt intent and connection to pending proceedings is overwhelming. These include:

    · The President’s efforts to fire Mueller and to falsify evidence about that effort;

    · The President’s efforts to limit the scope of Mueller’s investigation to exclude his conduct; and

    · The President’s efforts to prevent witnesses from cooperating with investigators probing him and his campaign."

Trump simply could have fired Mueller if he wanted, that's a non-starter, plus Mueller whining about it doesn't make it a crime. The point remains, this was supposed to be about 'collusion' and without it, you cannot get the people behind an impeachment. This obstruction nonsense isn't going to fly, because you folks spent two years screaming about 'collusion'. People know the whole thing is a farce, and going down this road is both petty and pathetic...

The report that exonerated Trump? The Mueller report?

    It's not nonsense, it's a crime.

You should listen to what Lindsey thinks.

Of course its nonsense. Had you folks been smart you have dropped all this lunacy the minute the collusion farce fell apart. Now you are grasping at straws and everyone knows it. This 'obstruction' silliness is just petty and childish. Its not going to fly, unless you want Trump to be the first president in history to be re-elected after being impeached by whiny liberals...

Look, I get it, you don't care that the Liar-in-Chief is a criminal. That he broke the law and violated his oath of office. Anything else?

He's not a criminal, that's what you folks never really got, inauguration isn't a crime, and you folks have been calling for his impeachment since he was inaugurated. Don't pretend that isn't true, everything else, this 'obstruction', your dreams of 'collusion' and whatnot are all a smokescreen to undo a Constitutionally validated election...

    That isn't true.

The evidence contained in Mueller's report indicates he is a criminal, guilty of obstructing justice.

Hardly, this is all because Hillary lost, you folks blamed Russia, which oddly would have been Obama's responsibility to safeguard the election. Yet you don't mention Obama's failure because you knew it was a farce from the start. There never was a case, it was a fishing expedition in order to try and catch Trump at something, anything, and even after two years of failure all you have 'obstruction' which you can't connect to any actual crime. People see right through this nonsense, and impeachment will only hurt Democrats, so I say go for it, but remember, these things have a funny way of coming back to bite you folks on the ass...

You're never gonna get every lawyer to agree...but that's a very small faction of people that are former prosecutors.

"Despite being advised by then-White House Counsel Don McGahn that he could face legal jeopardy for doing so, Trump directed McGahn on multiple occasions to fire Mueller or to gin up false conflicts of interest as a pretext for getting rid of the Special Counsel. When these acts began to come into public view, Trump made “repeated efforts to have McGahn deny the story” — going so far as to tell McGahn to write a letter “for our files” falsely denying that Trump had directed Mueller’s termination."

    Obstruction........guilty.

What the hell took so long?

Feds to test North Carolina election computers for hacking

    https://abcnews.go.com/Technology/w...-carolina-election-computers-hacking-63516380

"More than two years after North Carolina check-in software failed on Election Day, federal authorities will finally examine equipment from a company targeted by Russian military hackers to determine if intentional tampering aimed at disrupting voting occurred."
