Everyone claims to be on the side of morality today. It’s the latest trend in politics.

“It’s immoral to deny anyone entry into the U.S.”. Blah, blah, blah.

My sister-in-law aborted four healthy fetuses (mid-term) because she refused to use contraception. There are millions like her.

Yup, banning abortion does that for the fetus, gives it more rights than anyone else.

It says that a fetus can use another person's body to sustain their life.

NO one has a right to demand another person use their body to sustain their life...they can't even force someone to give them their blood and certainly not their heart or liver.

Yet some see nothing wrong with forcing women to do just that, give their entire body over to sustaining the life of another....even to her death...

All Queen Pelosi has to do is create a law approving abortion and getting the senate to agree and also Trump.

Then why did YOU make that fallacious morality claim for yourself if you are opposed to it's "trendiness"?

Actually, all the House Speaker need do is defend the status quo approved by most Americans and oppose the extremists who seek a radical take-over of wombs by the State.

Roe can be terminated by the congress and signed into law by a president.

    No, not at all:

    You said:
    Hoosier8 said:
Just forwarding a natural argument why birth is an extension of life. The modern world, especially the Western world makes life less valuable.""

You implied people valued life more before the world was "modern"....and that simply isn't true...

The womb is not the child.

Do you recall the legality of slavery decided by the Supreme court but invalidated by congress?

Queen Nancy knows how to create laws.

Though the Supreme Court approved Slavery, no doubt by women as well, congress and not the
Supreme Court solved the slavery problem. Roe also was created by the same institution.

Anecdotes are NOT a substitute for FACTUAL DATA!

You have ZERO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE to support your BOGUS "millions like her" allegation.

And just because I am feeling like it let's just expose the asinine FALLACY in your bogus allegation.

    https://abort73.com/abortion_facts/us_abortion_statistics/

So women do use contraceptives and they have a relatively HIGH failure rate which is the reason that they end up with UNINTENDED pregnancies.

Your BOGUS ALLEGATION fallaciously claimed that "millions" use abortion as a means of contraception.

    http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20120313-sex-in-the-city-or-elsewhere

IOW's not using any contraception means that there is an 85% to 90% chance of falling pregnant each and every year.

Demographically there are 124 million women in the USA between the ages of 15 and 44.

    https://www.infoplease.com/us/comprehensive-census-data-state/demographic-statistics-342

In 2015 there were almost 4 million births and 0.9 million abortions.

When you do the math there can only be AT MOST around a few hundred thousand out of those 124 million women who are NOT using contraception otherwise the abortion rate would be TENS OF MILLIONS per year according to your BOGUS allegation.

    The math does not lie!

Too bad the same can't be said for those who hate women and want to take away their RIGHTS!

Most Americans oppose your politicians invading wombs before a person has developed there during gestation.

The homunculus theory was discredited long ago.

The extremists who pretend a microscopic, mindless amalgam of cells at conception is an instantaneous person cannot be allowed to inflict their bizarre notion upon everyone else.

"Morals" have nothing to do with it nor should they..

WOMEN have the same right to their own bodies as everyone else whether someone thinks that's immoral or not.....

NO, each state of the UNION does NOT get to decide if women have the same right to their own body as everyone else.
