    I think the fraud bill was around 20 billion.. if memory serves.. COL HCA paid a huge fine and established an "ethics" committee after the departure of Rick Scott.

    He is the consummate con artist.

    I tend to agree.

    I really could care less about the drug issue. I want welfare recipients to work.

    This plan sounds like a way for Scott to line his pockets - if what is being claimed in this thread is true.

    Excellent post!

    Well, he is receiving benefits form the state. Certainly he can hold himself to the same standards he is holding others to. The state is paying for his healthcare. He is living in housing the state owns and he pays no rent.

    Certainly the least he could do is urinate for everyone to show that he is not on drugs.

    Scott wanted people who work for the state to take tests too.

    Does he not work for the state? He should really take the lead in this.

    Scott was raised in Kansas City Missouri.. and attended university at SMU in Dallas.. What does that have to do with Chicago or are you just throwing cr*p at the wall?

    Not true; Obama got Bin Laden; what's Scott done? Oh yeah they state passed a resolution which he signed designating February as the state's official Peach Month.:mrgreen:
