Under Florida state law, the aggressor has an obligation to retreat. He looked lie a boy bumper when he started following Martin and he acted like a boy bumper at the time that he says Martin clocked him.

Total loser.

He had a chance to show Martin that he was not a boy bumper, but preferred to play bad-ass. That falls way short of the aggressor's obligation to retreat.

 

There was no stalking, yes I know that to be a fact, Zimmerman did nothing to violate Florida Stalking laws, you claim it was a stalking then cite how his actions violated the Florida stalking law quoting the exact clause of the law.

Zimmerman didn't confront Martin, Martin confronted Zimmerman as is told by the girlfriend. According to her statement Martin ran back to the apartment two buildings away. He then showed up back at the T junction where the girl friends statement is Martin asked Zimmerman what he was doing.

Martin didn't live there he was visiting, it was Zimmerman's "own apartment complex, it wasn't his apartment complex he was a visitor.

Still batting 0.

Just a heads up:

If someone (who is a private citizen and has no authority to stop you) starts following you (a teenager) at night, slowly down a deserted street in their car, while you're walking home doing nothing suspicious or illegal and then they get out of their car with a gun and procede to follow you on foot, deliberately trying to catch up to you, while refusing to identify themselves in any way...THAT is STALKING. And you would be well within your rights to defend yourself against someone who legally has shown themselves to be a threat to your person by their stalking and threatening behaviour.

You conservatives go on and on about how people should be allowed to carry firearms because that will allow them to shoot an attacker. Yet such a situation requires the person not being attacked first and them to have pulled out and used the firearm before the attacker wrestles it away, yet Trayvon defended himself against Zimmerman who legally instigated the situation, then escalated his threatening behaviour against someone who had committed no crime and mysteriously you're all suddenly, desperately, trying to make the claim that Zimmerman was psychic and "knew" Trayvon was a "bad egg".

You conservatives go on and on about Stand Your Ground laws, yet demand that Trayvon should've just kept running away from someone who had stalked him while carrying a firearm and that, somehow, it's Trayvons fault that his attacker killed him when Trayvon confronted the man who had stalked him with a gun and tried to chase him down.

The people supporting justice for Trayvon aren't a cult, since they're relying on logic, the law and an understanding that stalking someone with a car and on foot while carrying a firearms constitutes a threat. It's the Zimmerman supporters who are desperately trying to do anything and everything they can to ignore Zimmermans crimes, including the ridiculous attempt to proclaim Zimmerman as psychic by pretending a school suspension that Zimmerman didn't know about means Trayvon was a violent burgler who Zimmerman had every right to think was doing something illegal.

 

1) Martin had no idea Zimmerman had a gun. How could he?

You missed the parts about stalking, pursuing against police instructions, confronting, assaulting, and the murdering.
