    Thank you. You are correct.

And I will gladly put forward the proposition again. While I have not read every post here, I am sure than many Conservatives have echoed same.

Break down a "corporation" into its living components folks. Most of the liberals want to focus on some "fat cat" CEO, put there by a board of directors, put there by shareholders.

Employees and shareholders. Vendors and subcontractors. The backbone of America. Lose that, and you free-stuffers will lose everything you have, even if you have little regardless.

so my car is also a person, it is owned, started and operated by me!

but seriously, What a stinking pile of crap. Corporations are not people, people are people. Thanks to conservative corporate whores in supreme court, corporations can now spend as much as they want on politicians anonymously and own politicians.
Say hello to Teabaggitan, and say goodbye to democracy.

People built your car. People hoped to make some money doing it.

I don't like Romney. Not one little bit. There are a dozen who are far more qualified to be the Republican nominee. Boehner and Romney are poster boys for Republicans who need to seek another line of work.

    Absolutely correct.

The overwhelming majority of corporations are small businesses, mom and pop's and the like.

They also employ the most people in the private sector, those Evil Bastards!!!

If conservatives by and large hadn't ignored the 14th Amendment I would give them more credit. As it stands, it's like the amendment doesn't even exist. Frequently, the GOP doesn't even try to hide its hatred of homosexuals.

Well, your post is stuck on stupid. My hope is that some event comes along and moves you forward in your ability to see issues in a broader, and more honest, perspective. Most of the GOP doesn't give a crap about gays.

Ahhhhhh, the flub is in the OP and the flubber is the author. Corporations ARE and assembly of people engaged in a joint effort to be successful in a business endeavor.

So are you under the impression that "an artificial being, invisible, intangible, and existing only in contemplation of the law" pays the salaries of those employed by corporations? Hmmmm?
FYI, for legal matters, wikipedia is an idiot's delight. hth

Theres no dispute what a corporation is and the reason it is created, you dont like the wikipedia definition, go look somewhere else. Yet again some of the usual right wing suspects are talking about things they actually havent bothered to look up the basic definition of. A corporation is a legal entity created primarily for purposes of limiting liability. Thats all Im going to teach you today but I will probably come back to this thread every now and then later for another good laugh at the idiocy of American conservatives. Theres even some fool here claiming all small businesses are corporations.

There is not a doubt in my mind that your definition is considered all-encompassing by imbeciles the world over.
If you feel the urge play the pedagogue, I suggest a visit to your local aquarium. Maybe you can find a starfish or two that you can talk down to without deluding yourself.

This is an idiot post. The TEA Party has no position on this item except that the TEA Party wants all the loopholes and corporate welfare stopped.

As a TEA Party member, I am against corporations being treated like people for the sake of campaign reasons.

Stop with the idiocy and making crap up. Show us where the TEA Party supports corporations being treated as people or S T F U.
