    Former vice-president of Russia's Gazprombank, his wife and daughter found shot dead in Moscow.

    They did not answer phone calls, and when relatives entered the house, they found the whole family with gunshot wounds.

    Preliminary investigation points to 50-year-old Vladislav Avayev having killed his wife and 13-year-old daughter, and then he later committed suicide.

    Sergei Sobyanin, the mayor of Moscow, has acknowledged that 200,000 employees of foreign companies in Moscow will lose their jobs due to the withdrawal or suspension of such companies.

    This will be the largest jump in joblessness in the city of (currently) 12.6 million people since WWII.

    For this one I have not seen enough corroborating reports elsewhere, it may be propaganda. But then again, most all of what the Ukrainians have reported has ended up being true, so...

    30% of Ukraine's agracultural sector has been destroyed by the Russians.

    This will have major repercussions in the world's food supply, above all else, in Russia's.

    Russia is shooting itself in the foot with this one.

    Check out all that Henkel produces. Industrial and household cleaning products, for instance

    Check out Dunton Hot Springs, a luxury resort, in my neck of the woods, owned by Henkel. Avery nice guy, met him several times while doing business with his little retreat.

    The japanese electronic manufacturing giant TOSHIBA is pulling completely out of Russia, will not fill current orders, claiming that the Russian govt is or will soon be insolvent, which is of course the case. Toshiba has also cancelled future orders. This is this final large electronics manufacturer to cut Russia off, which makes this more important news than people may realize. It has far-reaching implications when it comes to electronic replacement parts for Russia's military infrastructure.

    You might want to check out all the things that Toshiba produces.

    The Ukrainians have captured (intact) 5 of Russia's TOS-1 multiple flame-thrower mobile units and are using at least one of them to fire upon their invaders:



    As a note: those flamethrowers were sent into Ukraine bearing thermobaric weapons.

    Greece has seized 2 very large Russian oil tankers that were trying to enter the Black Sea and circumvent EU sanctions. The tankers are:

    Concerning over 95% of all Russian credit cards since Visa & Mastercard cut Russia off:

    Attempts to replace cards of Visa and MasterCard payment systems in Russia with cards from the Chinese UnionPay have failed, Kommersant writes.

    Russians use such cards, for the most part, to pay for goods in foreign online stores, but foreign sites have begun to block them. According to the publication, foreign trading platforms simply cut off any cards issued in Russia, including UnionPay, and foreign acquiring banks do the same. Users cannot solve the problem, but UnionPay has such an opportunity. Nevertheless, by mid-April, the Chinese side preferred not to interfere in what was happening.

    China is not helping Russia

    Russia rejected a proposal by UN General Secretary António Guterres to declare a four-day humanitarian break on (Orthodox) Easter to withdraw civilians from Mariupol and deliver humanitarian aid to the affected areas.
