Ukraine is at war with Russia. Russia declared it and everything. Russia has bombed kyiv, targeted civilian centers.
This isn't even an escalation, its just tit for tat.

Zoomic, you have no idea what was the proportion of lend lease supplies to the total production of airplanes, tanks, artillery etc in Soviet Union at that time. Lend lease equipment was about 10 percent of the total production of military equipment in USSR. In fact, Great Britain got 3 times more (about 30 billion USD help from the US) than Soviet Union. If USSR lost in that war you would clean the toilets for Nazis now in the US.
