Russian Journalist Criminally Charged for Deviating From the Official Narrative

Mr. Carson seems to think that the West persecutes people who don't follow the narrative, but nobody on this western forum is being denied the privaledge of expressing our opinions. But, if anyone does not follow Putins narrative in Russia, they are instantly jailed. Now, no nation on earth is perfect. Mankind is evolving as mankind is infallible. There is no such thing as perfection in a human society, but there will always be those countries ran by dictators that are more deplorable than most other countries. Russian has proven to be one of those. No matter how hard the Russian Trolls try to misinform the narrative to promote the Russian agenda, we can always point out the hypocrisy by rooting out the fact that a brutal Dictatorship suppresses their people far more than what their trolls misinform. Regardless, it is harder to obtain information of the corruption in Russia due to their state controlled media and isolation, but we do find out one way or another eventually.

Fact is that in Russia, there is no such thing as Freedom of Speech. You either vote Putin, obey his directives and follow his narrative or you will be imprisoned. Case in point below.
