Well, lol. And barbaric. We have alcohol advertisement on TV banned, with only exception being beer and only past 11 PM.

It was included in list of alcoholic beverages in 2011 and got almost all of same restrictions, including one on distribution. Can't be sold now without a passport presented and proving that customer is above 18, and store cannot sell it without license, and cannot be sold from 23:00 to 08:00. Of course if you'll dig you'll easily find violations of these laws, but surprisingly enough they are not happening often. These vending machines with lotions that washed like wave over country in 2015-2016 been more of a problem. But thankfully government finally woke the hell up and started dealing with them on legal level, without need of locals to be dismantling these things themselves.
