If there is a MSM blackout on the credible counter voices that call into question the politically driven Intel operation's claims, men like McAfee, Ray McGovern, Dr. Roberts, William Binney, Ron Paul, Assange, and Ambassador Murray, with Murray claiming to being handed the insider leaks, you should not be so easily duped, fooled, taken in and played like a well worn beer joint fiddle, if you are paying attention. All of the evidence is there as to what this is. It is a ruse, and given that, should scare the crap out of you if you think you live in a genuine working Republic. This is 1984 stuff with some banana republic thrown in for good measure. No one who owns a rational brain who is aware of the history of the CIA, would be fooled. They generally run these operation over seas, but have now exercised it in America. For political reasons. And to make it difficult for trump to vary from the neocon new American century scheme that Obama carried on without our military directly taking out Gadafi and assad. That neocon scheme also involves addressing Russia, and that has been going on for years too. Trump is a threat to this New American Century hegemonic scheme of our elites. It runs the show in DC, and the CIA is operating out of that scheme which has been driving foreign policy since Bush Jr and his merry band of neocons, Cheney, Rummy, Wolfawitz and a host of politicians and burocrats.

Trump, unless he relents is in danger of his life. He is taking on entrenched powerful forces which Hillary would have served. And would be well rewarded for it, as she has already been rewarded with hundreds of millions for her prior service to this group of new robber baron elites. Presidents come and go but these elite families endure and own congress people and presidents. But trump isn't the kind of man who will be owned. Neither was JFK who screwed up when he fired Dulles. The only time Chuck Schumer told the truth was this week when he said trump should be careful when messing with our powerful Intel agencies, for they can hurt him in many ways. Schumer let America know what the CIA is, when his emotions got the best of his good sense.

 

Why would Russians get Trump elected and then release damaging information on him? This sounds like more wishful thinking by anti-Trump people.

The nation could have voted third party, but of course we don't quite have the guts to do that. It'll take a Trump failure for us to consider politics(I consider it as a matter of spiritual faith.) Most people consider politics as mere passing, that's why we have Donald Trump.

 

Yeh, but considering politics as "mere passing" is what the Founding Fathers wanted; they thought politics should be something you did after you retired, the capstone of a rich, full life in other fields, everyone in high office an Eminence gris, as it were. They didn't think it would ever be a stepping stone to world domination.

I blame the Party, as Stephen King so well put it, "having sown the dragon's teeth of partisan politics for many years the Republicans are now startled to find they have a real dragon". Just so, and I wonder just a little if maybe all this gloating doesn't have a tinge of fear in it. It's they, after all, who will catch the most ire for Trump's mistakes as the years unfold, are they already trying to make us "go along" so we can catch part of the blame later? They did that quite well under Bush, I just hope they don't get away with it here.

No, the founding fathers did not want political ignorance. They wanted you to serve your country publicly and then after your term is up to return to being a private citizen. You entirely mistook what I meant by "mere passing". I wasn't referring to Congress(though in the rudimentary sense of their obstinace you could equate them as well). I meant the average, pea brained voter does not participate on this(or any other forum).

The average, pea brained voter is too focused(and distracted) by his day to day life, that it's impossible for him to truly participate on a national election. His partaking in politics as mere political bystanding(as well as ignorance) is what created ignorant discourse which has led to the divisions in our country.
