The Baltic Fleet is totally boxed in by a NATO lake...and it's movements will be heavily monitored. Just the other day, a RuZzian fishing trawler(aka spy ship), near Konigsberg caught fire mysteriously and sank, ....orc milbloggers were screaming a NATO attack(quite possible), but no proof to suggest it. The Pacific fleet is trying to compete with the Chinese and US navies....which is increasing difficult .
Well, there is always the White Sea fleet and the little patrol boats they have in their Caspian Sea fleet
