This isn't the first time that the Left tried to accomplish political goals through political assassination. John Kerry was part of a group that advocated the political assassinations of rival politicians in the early 70's.

Churches are private property. If protestors are harassing and threatening church goers their right to freedom of religion is being violated. Read the 9th Amendment.

If you are making that argument then how are protesters allowed to protest at abortion clinics?

I don’t know how you have warped the first amendment to mean that people cannot protest at their sites of worship — it limits congress not the people.

As long as there are no threats, intimidation, or impediment of free travel, it's legal. But, people have been arrested for protesting abortion clinics. Not one person has been arrested for protesting at justices 'homes and there actually a law against that.

Again, I am not talking about the justices homes — I have already said they should be ordered to vacate and then arrest them into they refuse — I am talking about in front of churches.

 

How are protests and refusal to abide by decisions a threat? Adding more justices and implementing ethics rules? They have already seen the public trust in that institution plummet to levels never seen before.

I know y’all crave a civil war but not everyone is arguing for that.

 

The senate has an outline of a bi partisan compromise that emerged today. It so far seems fine to me.

 

That is all most people want is common sense compromise.
