Not really since the same has been washing up on shores of several states also..there is no such thing as heroin needles, they are called syringes. I buy them to give my dogs shots..
Every large city has homeless people and yes turds and whey are the byproduct..The city could put up porta potties..
Not that rare from me, IMO. ha ha. Of course, many on the off the rails radical left might not agree I can post a good post! ha ha For I seldom can agree with them, even as an old liberal, or especially because I am an old FDR/JFK kinda feller. I strive to be rational, reasonable and as objective as possible, in most cases. And honest. Not something which defines the modern left today, IMO. And I cannot stand the tactics they use regularly, which is so transparent if one has a decent mind. I detest those tactics whether used by the left or the right. And not like they are not so easily discerned, perhaps because I was educated in the 50s, 60s, and early 70s(university) When we were schooled in HOW to think instead of being indoctrinated into WHAT to think. But we have quite a few members here who think for themselves, instead of being conduits for talking points from either party and MSM, including FOX. I may not agree with their thinking, but at least they are independent thinkers and serious intellects. And that I do respect and find constructive instead of destructive intentional intellectual dishonesty. Those that exist in order to obfuscate and cloud up the waters with disinfo, driven by hatred and hyper partisanship. I point this out incessantly because someone needs to do it. ha ha Or the mentally afflicted take over the mental hospital. And burn all of the strait jackets. ha ha ha. As has happened in what is called journalism today from MSM.
Re Phrase has no registered residence laws like many nations do. Nations that do have registered residence laws require everyone to have a registered address of residence. opposes this like it does National ID cards. Is that clear and mud and more better coordinated? No contradiction wise.
Even if San Francisco was politically predisposed to get rid of the homeless, they can't by Judicial decision that boils down to it would violate homeless rights to live in San Francisco. They prefer "Urban Refugees" Yes they do Venice (Beach) would certainly love to clear their beach walk way of "Urban Refugee Camps" but cannot do an Occupy Wall St. on them. Ref.: the last hours of Occupy Wall St. Got Rights? Moi's solution for Venice, California that is politically predisposed to evict those who reside/camp on public property and right of way but Venice is not able to do so; because the judge says "No. It would violate the rights of the homeless . . " Place "OCCUPY" signs around the encampment and . . . . Does someone who cannot afford to live in San Francisco or Venice, California really have a right to do so? Judicially, YES. Moi Bring back Vagrancy Laws <Damian, Omen music>
Are there actually countries which enforce everyone to have a registered address of residence? I'm not sure how that could even be possible, I mean how the hell could a homeless person be forced to register?
