Something to be said here in regards to folks like Buttigieg and Klobuchar and Biden is that a momentum shift is largely still less important than current levels. So, Biden falling by 10 points from 25 to 15 is still going to leave him as a stronger candidate when compared against Klobuchar rising from 5 to 10 points.
I'm very interested to see Bloomberg in a debate. I've long believed he would make a great candidate, but I don't like how he's gone about 'entering' this race. We'll see...
Not how that works. You would need to evaluate ranked choice metrics and I am willing to bet the moon that every Democratic voter would choose Bernie over Trump.
Not any time, but specifically times when the only way to repurpose that funding unilaterally is by declaring a national emergency.
So should Bernie, Biden, Warren, Buttgig, and Klobachar. They're all wasting their time competing in the whiniest, most disliked party in the world.
Great Point. Since Super Tuesday really became a massive thing, I can't remember anytime where (like this year) nobody had any idea how it was going to play out. The Bloomberg Effect? Will Biden make a Comeback? Will Bern win most delegates?
sigh....https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...s-allows-trump-admins-request-to-use-military yes, all citizens facing Federal prosecution benefit from his intervention into criminal justice reformhttps://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/depa...mates-under-first-step-act-publishes-risk-and "Over 3,100 federal prison inmates will be released from the Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP) custody as a result of the increase in good conduct time under the Act. I'm tempted to say the election will be a Trump/No Trump kind of election. But I'm not real sure that Bernie doesn't get the nod, his supporters will vote for the other candidate just to keep Trump out.
No, I said Trump is more of a dictator than Bernie is a communist. He is not currently a dictator and he will be stopped before he reaches that point despite the backing from many of his un-American supporters, like yourself.
Are you suggesting the Dems only issue was the NE and not the repurposing of funds? Please say yes as it will be funny as hell.
Democrats were supposed to do that and sat on their thumbs after they got the votes they begged for. They're mad because Trump swooped in and took care of the bread and butter they left behind.
The threat from the Bernie Bros was if he didnt win so your um attempt to spin my comment is duly noted.. Btw.. LA, Fergerson and Baltimore all had their issues in our life times.
Still, it seems inevitable that it will boil down to a 3-Man Race and the 3-Week Gap leading up to Apr. 28 NY Primary is going to be a Political Junkie's Dream. Bern and Bloom going at it for 3 Weeks in NY. Good Times.
You asked me to establish that Bernie is more popular than Obama because Trump won in places that previously voted for Obama. Neither Bernie nor Trump are running against Obama. Instead Bernie is running against Trump and Bernie is objectively more popular than Trump.
Isn't that a purely hypothetical scenario though? It's like me saying, well there's always a change that Boris could cancel elections so we best remove him! You could literally apply that to anyone. I personally think the constitution in America safeguards against anything like that ever happening.
All said and done 75% of Iowa Democrats voted against Bernie. New Hampshire saw the same. I can think of just a few states that would vote for Bernie in larger percentages.
