You are completely on a different page. Do we have an Establishment owned Media - YES - Are we moving the direct of quazi totalitarianism police state ... YES.

That is the Establishment - not "Bernie Sanders Socialism"

The aspects of totalitarianism such as state controlled media little to do with any of Bernie Sanders Platforms - (Warren - Yes) - and Sanders is certainly less than Trump on this issue.

The rest of your post is all related to wealth redistribution - legalized theft - extortion - and so on. Got it. We don't have much data with respect to how much Sanders will spend - but we know for a fact that Obama was a Fiscal Conservative compared to Trump.

That's a Fact - hard cold numbers. "But but but " No .. there are no But's .. Trump did not walk into a housing bubble - stock market crash - Financial System collapse .. there was no black swan event to account for his increase in spending ... just a love of socialism - good old fashioned wealth redistribution.

Where did you think Trump was getting that money .. Santa ? Will Bernie be worse - maybe but I doubt it. Trump has already run the deficit up - well past 1 Trillion. Congress simply would not allow Bernie to push it to 2 Trillion.

If I were king for a day - I would adopt one of the better European healthcare systems straight across the board. Universal Healthcare for Everyone - at half the cost of what we pay now.

"Socialism - that's Socialism" - Yup -we already have socialized medicine .. to the tune of roughly 1.75 Trillion/year - then the citizens spend another 1.75 Trillion (2017 total was 3.5 Trillion) on private insurance drugs and so on.

I don't care what you want to call it .. I am a fiscal conservative - and I see 1.75 Trillion on the table.

Would you like the money you are forced to pay via wealth redistribution be 3.5 Trillion a year (keeping the current system) - or 1.75 Trillion/year (Socialized medicine).

If those are the options on the table - I say save the 1.75 Trillion.

Anti-establishment opposes authority. Why would they vote for more authority?

    Can you address my question?

Unless Bern can get one of the candidates to step down. Which he can by promising one of them(hint: Warren, hint), a vice-presidency. If he makes that promise, he can get the Warren-liberal voters, and win the nomination outright.

We are already seeing it. The DNC is very openly selling out to Bloomberg . . . or in other words, Trump-lite.

Thanks for correcting me. When I said "government" I was meaning federal government. My bad. If you hand over control to the federal government, which is totalitarianism, then we end up with a dictatorship. Obama was a mere puppet for the democrat elitists in Washington. I don't think he was intelligent enough to come up with any of his policies without a hand all the way up to his neck.

Look at cities in California, New York, Minnesota, Seattle, and Maryland. The leaders in the big cities promote sanctuary for illegals, bring the police to heel when violence breaks out during antifa and BLM protests, etc. They purposely break the law and nothing is done about it. That's totalitarianism and it's being promoted by democrat leaders.

Train wreck incoming, whether Bernie wins or lose, brokered convention or votes, it's gonna be a catastrophe. I personally hope Bernie has a lot of votes and the DNC forces the Democrats into a brokered convention while trying to screw Bernie again. That would be the most entertaining.

I am only going to scream whataboutism to someone who refuses to even acknowledge or discuss the topic of the current news event and instead chooses to immediately resort to talking about someone or something else from years ago.

Bernie is a man of the people-a populist socialist.

Bloomberg is a billionaire autocrat, with a history of blatant racism.

The dems destroyed the party of fdr and it is resurging...finally.finall
It looks like commies like fdr and sanders may have to save capitalism again! So that it serves more than just our elites.

But can the grassroots defeat the party of banking and mncs? Sure but it will take more than sanders and people like tulsi to do it given the power ifiof this oligarchy .

We are in dire need of balance that comes from the DP once again standing up for the common man as the gop stands up for our elites .

First off - your inferred claim that the anti establishment opposes all authority is fallacious. The AE movement is not opposed to all authority. It is opposed to abuse of authority.

Trump represents both more authority and more abuse of authority - and more socialism to boot.
