Palin predicted that Putin would invade the Ukraine under an Obama presidency 5 years before it happened so, if anyone has no interest or curiosity about the world, it would be Obama, because he didn't even see it coming (after being told by Palin 5 years earlier) and has had a impotent response to it.

Did she answer something incorrectly during the Couric interview? Because I didn't see her get the answers to any question wrong. Couric intentionally tried to get gotcha questions by asking her over a dozen times about her views on abortion. Then she asked about the news she reads. The entire interview was an ambush, and people see through that. Nobody has ever even asked Obama a single difficult question, he just gets softballs, some of which he totally flubs.

Also she has proven that she will quit in the middle of a term if things get a little rough. These pluses make her a pretty attractive candidate in my book.
